Refund policy

We provide a 1 year guarantee on all the trees we ship out. If your tree dies within the first year, send a photo of the tree as well as photos that prove it was adequately watered and we will send a replacement free of charge.

 

For any order cancelled before shipping, a 10% restock fee will be charged.

For any order cancelled after shipping, a 50% restock fee will be charged.
